Please check the product details for warranty information.  MobilePal products currently come with either a 1 year limited warranty or a lifetime limited warranty, depending on the product.


If you have followed the instructions in the User Guide but the item has stopped working during the warranty period, please email us at support@imobilepal.com or create a support ticket at http://www.imobilepal.com/support. Please make sure the original order number and a description of the issue are included in your email. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace the defective product for you. As the buyer, you are only responsible for the return shipping costs to MobilePal.


Please note that accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. Customer damage will void the warranty.
