If your country is indeed covered under the eBay Global Shipping Program, as the buyer, you are responsible only for the international portion of the shipping cost, including import duties, which are charged by eBay. The domestic portion of shipping from MobilePal warehouses to the eBay fulfillment center will be free of charge to you.
If your country is not covered under the eBay Global Shipping Program, you may use a freight forwarder to forward the shipment from a U.S. address to a foreign address.
