For returns on eBay, we will issue a refund back to your method of payment (typically your PayPal account) after we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow one week for processing the return after we receive your package.
In general, the product must be in its original condition for a full refund. Exceptions can only be made on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may be assessed for opened packages or for missing accessories.
If the product was damaged by the customer, the product cannot be refunded, and we will not be responsible for returning it back to you.
